The learned Standing Counsel, based on instructions, states that proceedings have already been initiated against the encroachment under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 and are currently pending. 3. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to conclude the pending proceedings in accordance with law and within the time prescribed under the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 i.e. 90 days.
