No. 4369 of 2025 02. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.02.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in 4th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 20.02.2025, the date ’06.10.2025’ has been inadvertently typed in place of ’06.10.2015’, which may be modified. He further submits that revised application along with a copy of the order was filed within the time stipulated by this Court, but in view of the typographical error in the order, the said application has been returned to the petitioner. So the time of two weeks granted to the petitioner to submit a revised application may be extended by further two weeks to enable him to file the revised application alongwith order dated 20.02.2025 and the order passed today. In view of the above, the typographical error in order dated 20.02.2025 is corrected. The date ’06.10.2025’ mentioned in the 4th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 20.02.2025 shall be read as ’06.10.2015’. It is further directed that if the petitioner had earlier filed the revised application within the period specified by this Court in order dated 20.02.2025, but the same was returned to him on account of the typographical error in the order, if he files the revised application again within two weeks from today along with a copy of order dated 22.02.2025 and this order, the same shall be considered in accordance with law in terms of order dated 20.02.2025.
