The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Birni P.S. Case No.82 of 2025 for the offence registered under sections 6, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 302(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridiih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners of assault and injury is simple in nature and there were case and counter case between the parties and scuffle took place between the parties. It is submitted that at the same time, both the cases were lodged. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault. 5. Considering that the nature of injury is simple which has come in the impugned order and there are case and counter case between the parties and scuffle took place due to land dispute, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to 2025:JHHC:23499 -2- A.B.A. No. 4372 of 2025 the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridiih in connection with Birni P.S.
