The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representation filed by the husband of the petitioner, who was an Ex- Serviceman, for grant of land under the Ex- Serviceman quota. The petitioner has also made representations reiterating this request, the copies of which are produced at Annexure – F and G. 2. In the light of the fact that, the petitioner is claiming that her husband was an Ex-Serviceman and was entitled for grant of land, it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.1 to consider the request of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3.
