On the ground that such request was not disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. He submits that the request is pending before the Tahsildar and would be considered and disposed of on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the second respondent. 3. In view of the above submissions, it is not necessary to issue notice to the second respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's request for issuance of patta and dispose of the same on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the second respondent.
