Heard Sri Avinash Singh Vishen, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Arun Verma, learned AGA for the State. 2. Sri Arun Verma has produced a copy of the instruction letter dated 25.9.2025, which is taken on record. 3. As per Para-21 of the aforesaid instructions, all required steps have been taken providing the proper security to the petitioner. Para-21 of the instructions reads as under: "21- यह िक प्रस्तर- 25 तथा 26 में अंिकत कथन क्षेत्रािधकारी तथा पुिलस अधीक्षक रायबरेली व्दारा अग्रसािरत पुिलस िरपोटर् से संबिधत हैं जो िक अिभलेखीय हैं। माननीय न्यायालय को सादर अवगत कराना है िक याची व श्रीमती रूिद्धमा िसह व्दारा की गयी िशकायत आई०जी०आर०एस० की िनयमानुसार जाँच की गयी है तथा क्षेत्रािधकारी नगर, रायबरेली व्दारा जांच आख्या िदनांिकत 13 मई, 2025 पुिलस अधीक्षक रायबरेली को प्रस्तुत की गयी है। क्षेत्रािधकारी नगर, रायबरेली व्दारा प्रभारी िनरीक्षक को० नगर को िवशेष सतर्कता करने एंव याची कुं वर मोिहत िसह की सुरक्षा हेतु समुिचत पुिलस प्रबन्ध कराये जाने हेतु िनदेर्िशत िकया गया है। याची व्दारा की गयी अन्य िशकायत पर जांच अपर पुिलस अधीक्षक, नोडल अिधकारी, जनपद रायबरेली व्दारा जांचोपरान्त सिचव, माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, उ०प्र० शासन, लखनऊ को आख्या प्रेिषत की गयी है तथा प्रभारी िनरीक्षक को० नगर को याची की सुरक्षा हेतु समुिचत पुिलस प्रबन्ध कराये जाने हेतु िनदेर्िशत िकया गया है।" 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, has disputed the aforesaid statement. 5. It is always open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority, if he is still aggrieved by any inaction on the part of the authorities.
