In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondents is dispensed with. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Regular Suit No. 22 of 2019(Gokul Prasad Gupta @ Gokul Prasad and others versus Manish Kumar Gupta @ Manish Kumar) pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge(Senior Division-II), district Bahraich. It is urged that several dates have been fixed, but till the date, the aforesaid case has not been considered. Consequently, an expedite order be passed. Having considered the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and to pass an expedite order relating to a suit of the year 2019. The petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned. In case, such an application is moved needless to say the same shall be considered and Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ambrish Kumar Dubey, Juned Khan Counsel for Respondent(s) : Manish Kumar Gupta @ Manish Kumar Kandu .....Petitioner(s) Addl. It is also made clear that in case if any cause for expediting a suit of the year 2019 arises in future, this order of dismissal may not come in the way of the petitioner.
