Petitioner was given financial assistance by the State Government in 2023. Since petitioner has defaulted in repayment of installments, therefore, a recovery citation has been issued by Tehsildar, Bageshwar for recovery of `1,90,99,386/ -. Feeling aggrieved by the recovery citation, petitioner has approached this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to repay the outstanding dues, however, due to financial constraints, he is not in a position to repay the amount in one go, therefore, he may be permitted to make repayment in installments. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then he could have approached the competent 2025:UHC:9787 authority. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation regarding repayment of the outstanding dues in installments. If he makes such representation to the competent authority within one week from today, the competent authority shall take decision thereupon, within two weeks thereafter. 7. For a period of three weeks or till decision is taken on petitioner’s representation, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
