Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to the averments made in the writ petition has submitted that out of an admitted amount payable to the petitioner, i.e. Rs.4,37,825/- only an amount of Rs.1,65,495/- has been paid to him and the balance has not been paid. 2. This Court is of the considered view that as it is not in dispute that the petitioner is entitled to the total amount as is referred hereinabove, out of which only part payment has been 2 made, the delay in making the payment is not justified. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that some reasonable time be granted to make good the balance. Let needful be done within a period of six weeks. 4. With these observations, these proceedings are closed, but with liberty to the petitioner that, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may approach the Court afresh in future, if so advised.
