On the matter being taken up, none appears on behalf of the applicant to address the Court, whereas Ms. Parul Kant, learned Additional Government Advocate-Ist representing the State is present. Perusal of order-sheet shows that matter was taken up on 20.12.2022 and 28.03.2023 also, but on 28.03.2023 also counsel for the applicant did not appear to address the Court. It is pointed out by learned Additional Government Advocate that applicant has moved an application dated 20.12.2022 for withdrawal of this anticipatory bail application. Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State has no objection if this withdrawal application is allowed. Accordingly, withdrawal application dated 20.12.2022 is hereby allowed.
