JUSTICE MITALI THAKURIA ORDER 01-08-2025 Heard Mr. HRA Choudhury, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. S.S. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. The present interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner praying for pre-poning the date fixed in the connected AB No. 1424/2025, which is fixed on 18.08.2025 for production of the Case Diary. It is submitted by Mr. Choudhury, learned Senior Counsel that the present interlocutory application has to be filed, as the petitioner Nos. 1 and 5 are the Government employees and they could not even attend their office, as no interim bail was granted to them. Mr. Borthakur, learned Addl. PP submitted in this regard that they have already sent the intimation for the production of the case diary on 18.08.2025. However, he submitted that subsequent intimation may also be sent to the I.O. about the pre-ponement of the present case. In view of the above, this interlocutory application is allowed and the date fixed in the connected AB No. 1424/2025 is hereby pre-pone to 13.08.2025 from 18.08.2025.
