This writ petition has been filed with the following main relief: "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 4 i.e. Deputy Inspector General (karmik), Director General of Police Headquarters (U.P.) Lucknow to transfer the petitioner from his present place of posting i.e. Women and Child Security Organization, (1090), U.P., Lucknow to District- Barabanki (Ayodhya range), since the petitioner has completed more than 10 years in District- Lucknow, in the interest of justice." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no. 4- Deputy Inspector of General (karmik), Director General of Police Headquarters (U.P.) Lucknow or any other competent authority, who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order is submitted before the concerned authority. 4.
