The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No.06 of 2022, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 18, 27(a), 28 and 29 of Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 in NDPS Case No.139 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that false allegations are made of cultivation of poppy plants in the forest area. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.14 of the petition. He further submits that in identical situation one co-accused has 2025:JHHC:23911 --2-- A.B.A. No. 4460 of 2025 already been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.2810 of 2023. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of cultivation of poppy plants in the forest area. 5. Considering that in identical situation one co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.2810 of 2023 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.14 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District Judge, Chatra in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No.06 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Sangam/
