On the query being raised by the Court, the corpus Ankita Yadav @ Neha Yadav has refused to join the company of her husband (petitioner no. 2, Suresh Kumar Yadav), accordingly, the petition is dismissed. The corpus, being a legally wedded wife of petitioner no. 2 has extra marital affairs with Rahul, accordingly, no legal expense is liable to be paid to the corpus and is, accordingly, waived of.
