Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the name of petitioner no. 4 is 'Parmatama Pandey' but due to typographical error, said name has been written as 'Parmatam Pandey Haridaynarain', therefore, the nomenclature of petitioner no. 4 needs to be amended/corrected. 3. I have considered the submissions made in the application for amendment filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and I find that the nomenclature of petitioner no. 4 needs to be corrected. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correct the nomenclature of the petitioner no. 4 during the course of the day. 5. Heard learned counsel for petitioner(s) and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 6. There is consensus at bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment and order of this Court passed in a bunch of writ petitions leading being Writ-A No. 5617 of 2024 Inre; Dr. Om Prakash Srivastava and Ors Vs. State of U.P and Ors decided on 28.05.2025. 7. Considering the aforesaid consensus amongst the parties, the instant writ Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Umesh Chandra Chaturvedi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Gorakhnath And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Of Finance U.P. Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) petition is disposed of. 8. It is provided that the petitioners would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment and order passed by this Court in the case of Dr. Om Prakash Srivastava (supra).
