Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent State. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties concerned to protect the bhumidhari land of petitioner bearing Khata No.00121 Gata No.692 total area 0.5080 hectare in which share of petitioners concerned are 0.3902 hectare situated in village Hardoiya Lal Nagar, Pargana Kakori, Tehsil Sarojini Nagar, District Lucknow from grabbing by the opp. parties concerned by means of construction of chakroad/ Khadanja marg, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are the recorded tenure holder of Gata No.692 area 0.5080 hectare alongwith other co tenure holders and adjacent to his house is a chak marg but the Gram Pradhan out of political enmity, has taken over the land of the petitioners and has constructed a chak marg over it. However, the chak marg is indicated in the revenue record to be adjacent to the Gata No.692. A complaint was made by the petitioners in Janta Darshan bearing Reference No.15157250156996 Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Nishant, Prakhar Pandey, Raj Bahadur Singh Rawat, Ravindra Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Dilip Kumar Pandey Genda Lal And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) but nothing was done in the matter, hence this petition has been filed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has produced before this Court the instructions sent by Tehsildar, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow dated 22.9.2025 and the same is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that after the petitioners made complaint, the Naib Tehsildar, Sarojini Nagar constituted a revenue team consisting the area Lekhpal and the revenue inspector and with the help of local police and the representative of the Gram Sabha and the Gram Pradhan as well as petitioner's son. demarcated the chak marg on 10.9.2025 on which some encroachment was found. The encroachment was temporary in nature and has been removed. In case the petitioners have any grievance regarding demarcation of his Gata no.692, they may file an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sarojini Nagar. 5. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file an application for demarcation on the prescribed format before the S.D.M., Sarojini Nagar, under Section 24 of the U.P.
