Mr. Pankaj Nanhera, Advocate, for the complainant. ******* CRM-20678-2025 This application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed for adding Sections 498-A, 406, 304-B IPC (in alternative Section 302 IPC) and to delete Section 306 of IPC in the head note as well as prayer clause of the petition as now the charges have been framed under Section 498-A, 406, 304-B IPC (in alternative Section 302 IPC) and earlier, the challan was submitted only under Section 306 IPC. Notice of the application. Mr. Anmol Malik, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection, in case, the application is allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed and Sections 498-A, 406, 304-B IPC (in alternative Section 302 IPC) be added and Section 306 IPC be deleted in the head note as well as in prayer clause of the petition.
