This writ petition has been filed with following main prayer: "[I] Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quash the impugned First Information Report dated 07.10.2024 lodged by the opposite party no. 4 against the petitioner, which is registered as F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0485/2024, Under Section-319 (2), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3) & 340 (2) of B.N.S. Act registered at Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Raebareli, as contained in Annexure No. 1 & 5 to the writ petition." 3. Learned AGA on the basis of instructions states that charge sheet has been prepared and submitted in the court concerned on 08.05.2025. 4. Sufficient evidence may have been collected against accused persons, therefore, this Court finds it inappropriate to interfere and quash the F.I.R. as prayed for. 5.
