JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 06-03-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 353 307, 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a, 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Petitioner is an accused in a case of bank dacoity. When the police went to arrest him, he fired at the police. In the counter firing the petitioner has been injured. Petitioner is in jail since 25.02.2024. 4. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
