The grievance of the petitioners herein is to direct respondent No.4 to transfer the khata of the land in question in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21804 WP No. 5477 of 2025 favour of the petitioner No.1, as per the representations produced at Annexures - A and B. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that husband of the petitioner No.1 was the owner of the land in question. Husband of the petitioner was an ex-service man and land has been granted to the husband of the petitioner No.1, on 30.09.1984. It is also stated that husband of the first petitioner died on 08.05.2023. 3. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration that respondent herein has already granted subject land and saguvali chit has been issued in favour of the husband of the petitioner No.1 herein, respondent Nos.2 and 4 are directed to consider the representation at Annexure-A and B expeditiously, at the earliest within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
