Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent no.1. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to private respondents is dispensed with. 3. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the respondent no.1, Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow to decide the stay application filed in Revision No.634 of 2025, Computerized Case No.2025103300634, "Rajnish Kumar vs. Suresh Singh" expeditiously. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for a suitable direction to consider and decide the stay application filed in aforesaid revision. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 5. Accordingly, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, without entering into the merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1, Board of Revenue, U.P., Lucknow, to consider and decide the stay application filed in Revision No.634 of 2025, Computerized Case No.2025103300634, "Rajnish Kumar vs. Suresh Singh", within a period of six weeks from the date sufficiency of service is received with regard to the respondents, and in case there is some legal impediment, it shall Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rakesh Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
