Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-opposite party no.1 and Sri Puneet Chandra, who has filed power on behalf of opposite parties no.2 to 4, which is taken on record. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide the application dated 23.01.2023 for sanctioning of map over the land in question i.e. Khasra No.125, 126 and 127 of the petitioner.” 3. It is the case of the petitioner that he has filed an application for sanction of map, which is pending before the competent authority and no decision has been taken till date. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider the application of the petitioner and pas a reasoned and speaking order thereon, within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
