The present petition has been filed with following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties No. 1 to 5 to initiate an enquiry against the opposite party no. 6 & 7 who have illegally grab the public fund and to punish the accused persons in accordance with law. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No.3 to decide the representation of the Petitioners dated 28.08.2024, contained as Annexure No.7 to this writ petition." 2. The petition in question contains general details of alleged misappropriation by the Gram Pradhan. 3. In view of the absence of any substantial allegation and the facts presented, this Court finds no merit in the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. 4.
