Advance notice having been received by the respondents, Mr.Maharajan, has obtained instructions in Na.Ka.No.135/2025/C2, dated 22.09.2025 to the effect that the property in question prima facie appears to be a 'vandi pathai' and that a survey will be undertaken shortly. 4. The respondents are directed to carry out survey on 26.09.2025 at 11.00 a.m., after issuing notice to the occupants, those in the vicinity as well as any other persons, who may be interested. The petitioner who is represented before us in these proceedings will take note of the date as well and be present for the survey. 5. In the event that any encroachments are found in the property in question, the same shall be removed following due procedure. Since the purpose of the writ petition stands achieved by virtue of this order, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
