Heard Mr.V.V.N.Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr.Satish Sandu, learned counsel representing Mr.P.Subash, learned counsel for the contemnor.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners sought to impress upon the Court, that the conduct of the respondent in issuing the endorsement dated 19.07.2023 and not explaining the delay in implementing the orders passed in the Writ Petition, apart from passing an endorsement, without any cogent

reasons much less by examining the claim petition of the petitioners, would tantamount to disobedience of the orders of this Court.
3. He also submits that as the petitioners are awaiting orders in the contempt case, they had not taken steps for filing Writ Petition, and the same is being projected as if the petitioner is not diligent in pursing the remedies. Be that as it may.
4. In view of the undisputed fact that the said endorsement is subsequently challenged before this Court vide W.P.No.453 of 2021, this Court, keeping in view the said aspect into consideration and the limited scope in the contempt case, is not inclined to examine the matter in detail. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
