Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record. 2. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (5) court no 29 Lucknow to proceed this Criminal case and crime no 37/12, Party name (" State of UP vs. Ram Vilas") pending from dated 5/6/2012 i.e. since 13 years as expeditiously as possible in the ends of justice. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2012. He thus submits that if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned crime no 37/12 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned crime no 37/12, with expedition, if there is no legal impediment, in accordance with law.
