The petitioner has been made accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 24/2025 arising out of Parsudih P.S. Case No. 04/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 17(a), 21(a), 22(a) & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Jamshedpur. 3. On 18.01.2025 at about 1:00 P.M., Parsudih police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused person. On search, 11.81 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their joint possession. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS, Jamshedpur in connection with NDPS Case No. 24/205 arising out of Parsudih P.S.
