Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge (Oral) This Court vide order dated 22.05.2023, had directed respondent No.2 to erect the breast/retaining wall on those areas of the land of the petitioner, which are prone to landslide. 2. The respondents have now awarded the tender for shifting of 22 KV HT Line of Nihri Feeder and LT line from various existing DTR’S come across widening and improvement of Slapper to Tattapani road. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Since the work is likely to be completed within four months, therefore, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to complete the work in question in terms of tender within four months.
