These petitions have been filed to modify the conditions given in order dated 08.05.2025 in A.B.A. No.4440 of 2024 with A.B.A. No.5328 of 2024. The condition which the petitioners sought to be modified as per them is:- (i) The condition that the bailor, who is to be the close relative may be relaxed and any relatives be allowed to stand as bailor. (ii) The condition that one of the bailers should be a permanent employee of Procter & Gamble India Limited serving in the capacity of Senior Executive or equivalent position should also be relaxed. 3. Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner so far as modification of first condition is concerned submits that the close relative connotes parents and siblings, but the parents of the petitioners are old, that condition be modified and any of the relatives may be allowed to stand as a bailers. 4. So far as modification of the second condition is concerned which is “other persons should be a permanent employee of Procter & Gamble India Limited serving in the capacity of Senor Executive or equivalent position”, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this condition be relaxed as petitioner- Rajat Gupta is the employee of Procter & Gamble Home Products Private Limited and petitioners Kanupriya Saldi and Vaman Borker @ Vaman Dendatta Borker are employee of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited and both these companies are aggregable to give cooperate guarantee for securing the appearance of the accused persons during trial. 5. Mr. Pandey Neeraj Rai, learned counsel for the opposite party opposes the prayer and submits that one of the petitioners i.e. petitioner in Cr.M.P. No.1498 of 2025, Kanupriya Saldi, the address which she had given is not a correct address and infact it was not her actual address, thus, there is high probability that she will not face trial. Further, he submits that petitioner- Vaman Borker @ Vaman Dendatta Borker is now working in Dubai and he is shifted to Dubai during pendency of the investigation of the case, thus, it will be very difficult to procure their appearance. 6. After hearing the parties, I am inclined to modify the conditions. The new conditions will be read as follows:- (i) The bailor should be relative of each of the petitioners and they must have immovable property in their own name and the copy of documents of such property should be produced before the Court along with bail bonds. (ii) The second bailor will be a permanent employee of Procter & Gamble Home Products Private Limited, so far as Rajat Gupta is concerned and so far as Vaman Borker @ Vaman Dendatta Borker and Kanupriya Saldi is concerned, they should be permanent employee of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited, (iii) All the petitioners will inform the Court their current address, both residential address and official address and without prior information to the Trial Court, they will not change their respective present address and permanent address nor will change their mobile numbers. They will also furnish their respective mobile numbers. (iv) All the petitioners will submit a duly self-attested photocopy of their passport at the time of filing of the bail bond. 7. Further, these petitioners will file personally affidavit that they will cooperate with the investigation and in trial also. 8. The order stands modified, the same be sent to the Court concerned. 9. Petitioners should file their respective bonds along with the affidavit by 22.08.2025. 10. These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
