The present petition has been filed by the petitioner complaining that an order has been passed against the petitioner at the instance of the respondents. 3. Considering the fact that the order under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is appealable under Section 67(5) of the Code, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal, if so advised, in accordance with law. 4. The petitioner would also be entitled to move an interim application in the appeal that may be filed, which shall be disposed of within a period of one week from the same being filed.
