Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for ZPPs, MPPs and Gram Panchayat and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development. 2. Ms. M. Sarada, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for ZPPs, MPPs and Gram Panchayat has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Panchayat Secretary, Neredumilli Gram Panchayat, Elamanchili Mandal, West Godavari District, dated 28.04.2025. Copy of it is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the notices were issued to the alleged encroachers. The Written Instruction would also state that the appropriate Proceedings have been initiated under Section 98 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and due process of law will be followed. 4. Having recorded the contents of the Written Instruction, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Official Respondents to follow the due process of law for clearing the alleged encroachments and the same may be done within eight weeks from today. 5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
