Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a letter dated 20.03.2026, issued by Director of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, and a copy of letter dated 12.02.2026, issued by Assistant Accounts Officer (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171003, along with PPO orders. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid letters/communications reveals that the Director of Higher Education had 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 forwarded the service book of the petitioner to the Accountant General of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, vide letter dated 27.01.2026 for approval. Thereafter, the office of Accountant General has issued the PPO No.1126218310, in favour of the petitioner and thereafter sent to DTO Bilaspur, through NIC. As per PPO order, the petitioner shall be paid the pension w.e.f. 01.04.2023. 3. In view of the aforesaid orders, since the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court on 02.06.2025 in CWP No.9107 of 2025, titled, Gayatri vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has duly been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. However, the respondents are directed to release the arrears on account of pension to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.04.2023, within three months from today.
