Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Principal Judge, III, Family Court Lucknow to decide the recall application no. 2269 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024, expeditiously within stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2024. He thus submits that if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned recall application no. 2269 of 2024 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to conclude aforementioned recall application no. 2269 of 2024, with expedition, if there is no legal impediment, in accordance with law. 6.
