Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party no. 4 is dispensed with. 3. By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed following relief: "Issue writ order in nature of mandamus commanding to concern opposite parties not to harass the petitioners and their family members and also not to interfere in peaceful life of the petitioners." 4. Learned AGA has produced a copy of the instructions letter which is taken on record. 5. As per the aforesaid instructions, FIR dated 1.9.2025 has been registered against the petitioner at Case Crime No. 414 of 2025 under Section 137(2), 352, 131 BNS and the same has not been assailed in this writ petition. 6. Being confronted with the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed at this stage and liberty may be granted to challenge the said FIR Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Suresh Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
