HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 11119 of 2025 Court No. - 8 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 13.6.2025 posting petitioner from District Moradabad to Ghaziabad. 3. Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that impugned order has been passed as a fresh posting in view of promotion having been accorded to petitioner and is not in nature of transfer order. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact but submits that petitioner has submitted a representation against the posting order which may be directed to be considered and decided. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to move a fresh representation before the concerned authority, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of its receipt to the concerned authority. 6.
