Heard both the sides in both the applications. The petitioners named above have been made accused in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 18 of 2023 (S.T. No. 190 of 2023) for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and after submission of charge-sheet Sections 25(1-B) a of Arms Act was added against petitioner- Ravindra Singh, pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Garhwa. Earlier the bail applications of the petitioners were rejected twice on merit with an observation to conclude the trial preferably within nine months from the date of those orders. It is submitted by the learned counsel for both the petitioners that the present bail applications are being renewed on the ground that out of 18 witnesses, 10 witnesses have been examined. The petitioners are in custody since 07.02.2023. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the stage of trial, the prayer for bail of both the petitioners, is hereby, rejected.
