Sr. No. 29
HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT JAMMU
Case: SWP 258/2016
Ajmer Singh & Ors. …Petitioner(s)/Appellant(s) Through: None
V/s
UOI & Ors. ... Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Rohan Nanda, CGSC
CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE
ORDER 08.09.2025
Vide order dated 17.04.2017, submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents that this petition has already been redressed and the
learned counsel for the petitioner sought instructions to report in this case. However, today neither the petitioners nor anyone on their behalf has chosen appear to report instructions in this matter. It appears that either the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed or they have lost interest in prosecuting the case. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
