The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “(a) For issuance of a Writ in the nature of 'Mandamus' Commanding the respondent to act upon the decision passed by Public Grivance Cell, Madhepura, on 08/07/2016 on the Camplaint of the Petitioner. (b) For issuance of Writ in the nature of certioraris quashing the decision of Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Madhepura. which has been taken against the decision of General Body.
