Page 3 of 5 SRS,J C.C.No.668 of 2020 The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case is filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 06.12.2018 in W.P.No.44500 of 2018. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. W.P.No.44500 of 2018, was disposed of on 06.12.2018. The operative portion of order dated 06.12.2018, reads as follows: “This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by both the parties is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation in addition to the representation, which was filed earlier, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law in four weeks thereafter.” 4. Pending the contempt, the 1st petitioner died and wife and daughters were impleaded as petitioners 2 to 4, by order dated 03.03.2025. 5. Sri T. Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order dated 06.12.2018 in W.P.No.44500 of 2018, has been complied with, as per the proceedings No.LC1/876(07)/2020-RM/WG, dated 09.07.2021 issued by the competent authority i.e. the Regional Manager, West Godavari, Eluru. The same was also communicated to the deceased. 6. A perusal of the proceedings, as referred supra, this Court, is of the considered opinion that the order dated 06.12.2018 in W.P.No.44500 of 2018, has been complied with. There is no violation as pleaded by the petitioner. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings SRS,J C.C.No.668 of 2020 No.LC1/876(07)/2020-RM/WG, dated 09.07.2021, issued by the Regional Manager, West Godavari, Eluru, before the competent authority, if aggrieved. No order as to costs.
