Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint on 21.04.2025, alleging harassment by the 4th respondent, purportedly at the behest of respondents 5 to 12. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Home submits that the petitioner has formally lodged the complaint on 24.04.2025, and as per the prescribed procedure, the time frame for addressing the complaint extends till 21.05.2025. However, the present writ petition has been filed even before the expiration of the stipulated period. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there exists grave urgency, as the police authorities have failed to take any action on the petitioner’s complaint so far. 5. In light of the aforesaid submissions, and considering the urgency of the matter, the 4th respondent is hereby directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, without following the due process of law. 3 WP No.12160 of 2025 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 7.
