Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has pointed out that a proposal that was sent by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent on 11.12.2020 had been returned in the month of May 2020 by the 3rd respondent seeking certain clarifications to the 4th respondent and thereafter no action had been taken. 3. In such view of the matter, the 4th respondent is directed to clarify the queries raised by the 3rd respondent and resubmit the proposal to the 3rd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such proposal being received by the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent shall also pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 4. With the above said directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
