Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted in the matter. 3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceeding of the bank, he may approach the appropriate forum under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 4.
