Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to opposite party no. 2 is hereby dispensed with. 3. Instant application under section 482 CrPC has been filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 21.05.2022 passed in Case No.815/2013 (State Vs. Ashish Singh), arising out of Case Crime No.0815/2013, under Sections 363, 366, 368, 376 and 506 IPC read with Section 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act lodged at Police Station Kurebhar, District Sultanpur, pending in the court of learned Juvenile Court, Sultanpur, by means of which non-bailable warrants have been issued against the applicant. 4. The reasons for non-appearance before the trial court have been explained in the affidavit, filed in support of application. 5. Thus, the impugned order of issuing non-bailable warrants dated 21.05.2022 is directed to be kept in abeyance. 6. The applicant is directed to appear before the trial court on the next date fixed and will keep on appearing on each & every date fixed by the trial court and if he feels unable to appear, he will move an application in writing with cogent reason(s), failing which the trial court shall proceed against him in accordance with law. 7.
