The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 (District Magistrate/District Election Officer, District Bahraich) to consider and take appropriate decision upon the application dated 02.09.2025 (Anneuxre No.3) moved by the petitioner for appointing another Booth Level Officer (BLO) in Village Panchayat Siraula, Polling Station Primary School Siraula, Block Huzoorpur, Tehsil Kaiserganj, District Bahraich. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in any nature, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case." 3. Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the same in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4.
