Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 08.09.2025 passed by the Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner against an order of demolition has been dismissed. 3. Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 & 3 states that a revision is prescribed under Section 41 of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. 4. The same assertion is made by learned Standing Counsel for the State. 5. Upholding the said objection, present petition is disposed off relegating the petitioner to prefer a revision under Section 41(3) of the Act within a period of two weeks from today which shall be decided with all expedition. 6.
