Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following main relief:- "(I). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties to pay the difference of arrears of salary i.e. paid grade pay Rs.2000 and entitlement of grade pay Rs.2800/- after calculating the grade pay Rs.2800/- w.e.f. 24.03.2015 till 01.07.2024. (II) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the opposite parties to pay the arrears of salary with interest at least 12% p.a. from the date of due till the date of actual payment. ............" 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director General Family Welfare U.P. Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
