This petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party no. 1 to 4 to make inquiry upon the income certificate (isssued by Tehsildar Tehsil Salon, District Raebareli) submitted by opposite party no.6, for appointment of Anganbadi Karyakatri relating to village Bhuwalpur, Sisni, Block Chhatoh, P.O. Prasadepur, District Raebareli, in the interest of justice." It is the case of the petitioner that one opposite party no.6 has been issued a wrong income certificate on the basis of which she has been given engagement as Anganbadi Karyakarti. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition and he has pointed out Government order no.669/EK-1-9-2014-11 (2)/2011 dated 24.7.2014 issued by the Revenue Department wherein the criteria for issuance of income certificate has been given and it has also been stated that in case the income certificate has wrongly been issued then the aggrieved person has the remedy of filing the first appeal before the SDM and the second appeal before the District Magistrate concerned.
