Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayer:- 3. (i) issue a writ, order or direction on the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay the entire amount of pension (after a permanent deduction of 10% from his pension) and arrears of the pension along with 12% interest till the date of actual payment within the stipulated time frame. 4. It is submitted that petitioner superannuated from service in the year 2020 whereafter an inquiry was initiated against him with resulted in passing of punishment order dated 29.05.2023 which was not challenged by petitioner but despite the said punishment order become final, the post retiral benefits are not being paid. 5. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before opposite party no. 2 i.e. Director Social Welfare Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow which shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. 6. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
