Referring the pleadings as well as affidavits and counter affidavits filed in present execution petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is entitled for 100% gratuity, instead of 20% gratuity, as agreed by the respondents and also pension on the basis of Old Pension Scheme (OPS) w.e.f. the date of retirement, i.e. 30.09.2017 instead of 01.04.2024. 3.
