Islam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sharma, Page No.# 2/2 learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. When the matter was called today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge sheet has been laid in the instant case and in view of his submission, this Court instructed the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor to get instructions from the concerned Police Station as to the said fact. However, when the matter is called up again, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that inspite of best efforts, he could not get the instruction but the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. J. Islam submitted that he checked in the E-Court services and found that the case was registered as PRC Case No. 334/2025, which implies that the charge sheet has been laid in the instant case. In view of the same, the learned counsel Mr. J. Islam submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition on the ground that he would move the necessary application before the appropriate Court of law. Prayer is allowed.
